Yes, Zoggie, that is more or less the situation. My husband has wanted children for a long time. He did not mind me having a lover, he did not mind Kelly moving in, he does not mind her sharing our bed. Why would he mind her making something happen that he has dreamed about for years?
BTW: Kelly is a woman. There is no surgery that can make you a man or woman. She just hasn’t had the genital upgrade fully installed. Her breasts are beautiful and fully functional. 
P.S. Does anyone know where to find a seamless cotton jersey nursing bra in a 48-50 K?

Lover KellyM = male to female transexual with attraction to females (ie trans-sexual lesbian) on female hormone therapy to be more female physically, but still retaining all male equipment has impregnated Lee (ie Lee is pregnant by KellyM with husband’s approval).
Just out of curiosity, per Lee’s statement that both she and KellyM will breast feed I don’t quite see quite how KellyM will produce milk as I thought that required more physical changes and onboard female equipment (specialzed ducts-glands etc) than hormone therapy could generate, but if Lee says KellyM will breast feed than I will take them at their word.
astro, the necessary equipment is present in all adults, male or female; it’s just larger in females because of the hormones. I’ve been producing milk in small quantities for quite some time, and it would be no more difficult for me to induce lactation than it would for any other nulliparous woman.
Japanese Weekend makes great sport-style nursing and pregnancy bras. I just used the pregnancy bra for nursing, because it’s so easy to just slide the cups down. I am currently a D cup (up from a pre-pregnancy B) and the size L fits me just fine. I bet the XL would work for you, although I’d probably want to try it on first.
And… congratulations! God, I wish my partner had been able to breastfeed the baby during some of those night feedings. What a cool situation for you all.
Thanks for the clarification, just one question though, won’t the female hormones you are taking to enable production of the milk potentially come out in milk the baby is drinking at much higher concentrations than they would in a woman who was born a woman, or is this not the case?
astro, no, they won’t. My serum estrogen level is roughly the same as an adult born woman’s.
