I’ve several posts in which the poster attempts to use vB coding in the title of their thread (italics, bolding, etc). This apparently can’t be done. I checked the FAQ about coding and this isn’t covered.
IS it possible to use vB coding in a thread title?
If not, shouldn’t it be noted in the FAQ?

I think thread titles are deliberately designed to be vanilla; the defaults in the system restrict you pretty much in that department.
Which is as should be. Since we are a purveyor of information here, your thread title needs to be clear and concise anyway; why would you want to mess with it?
Save your originality for your content. It’s what inside that counts!
