Then I win.
PS. “Data” is plural. The correct wording would be, “my data ARE valid.”
I thought you said you knew statistics?
It must have been a typo. I’m sure you knew better.
In which penumbra do you find this mythical “right” to gay marriage?
What does that have to do with what I said?
That’s called a compromise - that’s what adults do.
And? Why is it OK with you that others pay to cover these people? At what point are you going to realize that requiring that the responsible support the irresponsible means you run out of responsible?
Well, this is typical. It’s ok with you if coyote2009 is bled dry just because you don’t agree with him/her on one issue, yet you expect us all to pay out thousands of dollars each to provide healthcare to people who couldn’t be bothered to be responsible for themselves? To cover the children of parents with known genetic diseases, that they kick out into the world at 18 with their pre-existing conditions? Why do we have to pay to take care of catastrophic injuries suffered by thrill seekers? Or mundane things like lung cancer in smokers, or the livers of alcoholics? This shit gets expensive fast - where is that money going to come from?
Back for more?
I guess we can’t depend on anything you say, can we?
They were right.
yeah, you win.
sure.
keep thinking that.
And you were wrong. Conservatives do want to overturn RvW.
coyote2009: I calls 'em as I see 'em.
I’ll be honest. I don’t know very many gay people. But what I do know is that they are people, and that they are citizens. Therefore, they must have the same rights as straight people. And it is a fact that Conservative politicians and people who identify themselves as Conservative are the ones who want to deny equal rights to them. Allowing people to marry whom they please (even if the word itself is forbidden to some) should not be an issue.
As has been stated by me and others, it is beneficial to the country for people to be healthy. Just my opinion, but I think that if you’re working to defeat something that’s good for the country, then you are harming the country.
Stop trying to thwart people’s freedom to choose. Stop trying to deny rights to citizens. Stop trying to enslave people by denying them health coverage. If you don’t, then you’re anti-American.
I agree, let 'em keep thinking that. It will be that much more fun come the 2010 election.
Review the First Rule of Holes. Say good night, Gracie.
I never posted that. Please keep your quotes accurate.
Like I said, I’m not going to argue any more with you.
Please learn the Board syntax. name: means I’m talking to you.
If straight people have the right to marry, then gay people have the right to ‘marry’. That’s why they’re called ‘equal rights’.
Stop trying to enslave people by confiscating 60% or more of their hard-earned labor. That’s anti-American.
fags aren’t people, duh.
(if this wasn’t obvious, i’m being quite facetious)
Don’t want to pay taxes? Go live in a cabin somewhere. Just don’t use the roads and other infrastructure the rest of us are paying for.
Show me this right to get married? Where is it?
I know this will be difficult for you, but don’t be stupid.
