Attention anti health-care reformers

Hey, I don’t start many memes around here. This one won’t last, but I at least want the credit for it.

Huh?

Well, really, who doesn’t like a little head?

What a conundrum for the GOP. Either ostracize and expel the heretic, or continue to embrace their token Asian.

He was the first to post Republicans bad! in a small font size… credit where credit is due. I got yer back Robot Arm.

Windows XP and Vistaboth provide helpful features for… those who might need help. No, really, glad to assist!

Oh, I get it now. OK, Robot Arm is a 12 year old troll too. There, feel better?

Well, okay then.

Do you face penalties if you do not carry car insurance? Same idea.

Only if the 10 are legal, children don’t get counted towards the total.

Oh, and if size=7 equals trolling, I’d like to invite Carol Stream to drop by the MMP next time it’s somebody’s birthday and bring the Brooklyn Bridge with her. I mean, that many trolls need a lot of bridge to live under!

No, you don’t face any penalties if you don’t have car insurance. Not same idea.

Yes you do.

What?

Darn it, Drain Bead beat me to it.
I guess the big difference is that you aren’t required to own a car, so in that case you could get out of owning car insurance. (Good luck getting by without a car in a majority of cases though.) Nobody will be able to get out of health insurance. How fucking sinister is that? Next it is going to be a microchip in your neck

Oh, and I want to get in on the spirit of this thing-
The Republicans are poo-poo heads!

I’m also required to pay taxes to pay for any number of things I don’t approve of and there are penalties for not doing that. Hell, we give tax breaks for children rather than make parents pay extra taxes to make up for the cost of educating them. I’m forced to do that.

In this case, the govt has decided to go with a market-oriented solution rather than a public one, and they are being criticized. It’s fine by me to provide health insurance out of the public fund and raise taxes to pay for it. I’ll come out ahead.

To share some sympathy with the OP-
I was listening to NPR the other day and some GOP apologist was being confronted with the results from a rather large number of polls, all indicating that a big majority of Americans are in favor of UHC. His response was something like, ‘Well I was in polling for years, and I know that they don’t always represent the truth. You can get positive poll numbers for a thing… but in this case, Americans just don’t understand what UHC really means. I mean, if you took a poll asking if people would like to have a helicopter pad in their yard so they could be flown to work every day in 4 minutes, that would poll very well, but the idea isn’t practical.’

Yah, UHC is Just Like a helicopter for every American, asshole. Thanks for your paternalistic end-around the democratic process by declaring that Americans are all a bunch of idiots and therefore should be ignored while fuckwads like You make the decision instead. God-double-damn it, I was so fucking pissed I…
I feel a rant coming on. Fuck! The pubbies are bald-faced liars and deceivers!!!

And that’s the point. This is not Mundane Pointless Shit I Must Share. Why are you dragging MPSIMS crap (like oversized fonts, exclamation points, etc.) into the Pit? You already have a forum for such nonsense.

Seriously, if you can answer that question honestly, I’d like to hear it.

42% is a majority? a big majority?

Why So SERIOUS?
