So I’m walking along the bowrey in NYC, and I see this poster- It’s a pic of Saddam Hussain, a younger pic at that, and he has a barcode on his head. I figured out that the barcode is from an Arizona Rx herbal tea (the stress blend). The bit that confuses me is this- The word above Saddam’s head is

It seems to be nordic or german in origin, but I can’t find a translator that gives me an actual english word. Can anyone help me out? Barring that, can any NYC doper fill me in on what it’s about? If it helps, the poster was a few streets uptown of Grand, on Bowrey, on a nice granite building fronted with pillars, covered in grafitti, and on the west uptown corner.
It’s just that being stumped for this long is driving me crazy, and with my name, that’s bad!
