I thought Kiva from Megas XLR was pretty attractive, more-so when she got a visual upgrade in the second series. She had a fun personality as well.

I find a lot of the anime girls are rather cutesy-teenie, but not really “attractive” (to me)… but I’ll admit that watching Gundam 00 I was rather taken by Sumeragi Lee Noriega; she’s older than the others, and nicely rounded… and umm… where was I?
