Why am I hearing continuous audible ads while signed on? I paid up a subscription.
You might get ads on the main Straight Dope page (I’m not sure it’s smart enough to check if you are a message board member or not), but once you get to the SDMB itself you shouldn’t see or hear ads, as long as you are logged in. What was the ad for (if you remember)?
