I think I am supposed to put these here, no?

There are currently audio ads playing…I’m getting Dell and Spanish-speaking station. I keep muting them but when I move to a new page, they replay. I would’ve muted my comp all together but I’m trying to listen to Pandora.

I clicked off of SDMB and opened up a new window again and they’re gone. Not sure if I was supposed to catch more info when that happened or when they’ll pop back up, but it’s annoying.

Is this why we should pay for membership? :smiley:

Yes, I get that obnoxious, loud, Portuguese video ad as well. It seems to be an ad for http://terratv.terra.com.br/.

I typically dump sites that run these kind of obnoxious ads and will do so with The Dope if they continue. To the Dope Powers that Be: Stop It! You’re not that special that I’ll put up with this!
