Surely he meant “Staying home again today because I’m still baked." At least that is what I would base my responses on.

For what it’s worth, I tried to send a SMS (to myself) saying “I am still aick”. Autocorrect wanted it to be sick. My phone has learned that one.
As fuck, I suppose.

My cousin (female) was sending a text to confirm a one night stay @ her bed and breakfast for an out of state man arriving the next day.
Her text message auto corrected to “one night stand” instead.
They were both thankfully amused.
Recently, my wife texted me and asked if I had made it to my doctor’s appointment that afternoon. I texted back, “I am in the waiting room.” My phone wanted me to send, “I am in the waitress.”
But often autocorrect just picks a word near the keys on the keypad to the one that was mis-typed, or nowadays to a word that’s common to the internet - not necessarily something the typeist has previously written.
Just checked the additions from over the weekend. Laughing out loud. 
Oh, assuming that my work mate returns today, I decided to be merciful and limit my torture to a simple zinger. When I hear the door, I’m going to shout out, “You’d better be dressed!!” LOL
Well, I didn’t say say just ONE one line zinger, so we’ll see how it plays out.
