Automatically update the Date in the Subject line when replying an email

I have an Outlook 2010 email that is sent out every week that contains updated status information in the body.
The Subject contains:
RE: Automation IaaS & LaaS Status - Week Ending 7/30/15

My normal weekly sequence is to update the email as follows:

  1. Open the previous weeks sent email.
  2. Select Reply All.
  3. Update the status in the Body
  4. Change the date in the Subject to the current date.
  5. Send the email.
Half the time I forget to change the date in the Subject to the current date.

How can I automate the process of updating the date in the Subject line when I send the email? But only on this email. I want the date updated automatically when I select the Send button.

I believe this page shows you how to put a updating date code into the subject line
