Is it season or series? I can never remember which is what over there.
Anyway, yes, new run! Hooray! Possibly the last series, which is sad, but at least it’ll have a high quality run. Not entirely sure how popular it is on here… but worth starting a thread on, I think. 
After the end of the second series, I just hope they can keep it to that standard. Mai is, if anything, creepier when she’s happy. Ick. Azula continues to epitomise bitchery, but *impressive * bitchery.

I did think there would be a fourth, but someone suggested there wouldn’t be. And I guess it would be Earth now, rather than Fire and then Earth.
The third season, Fire, will end the show. Water, Earth, Fire, in the order that Aang learns them. There was no need for Air because Aang was already an accomplished airbender.
I think the third season is off to a fantastic start. I can’t wait to see the resolution between Zuko and Iroh.
The first season was waterbending.
The second was earthbending.
The current one is firebending.
and he knows airbending already.
If there is a fourth season, it would have to do with 
If I remember correctly. the Chinese also have metal and wood as elements, but these have been addresses already. Metal as part of earthbending and wood was part of waterbending. The Japanese add null/nothingness.
4th season, if they decide to have one could be “balance” not an element, but the Avatars function. we’ve seen previous avatars doing things (like with avatar kyoshi) so we know they dont spend thier lives sitting in a mountain as a wise sage type deal. I could definitely groove to the adventures of an avatar, or previous avatars.
