Never needed it, but I’m a guy. We have plenty of our own herbal Viagra analogs.
Never heard of the stuff, but after looking around a bit on the web, it looks like the topical version of this stuff is directed toward menopausal women who may encounter some vaginal dryness which can make sex uncomfortable. Other lubricants are probably just as effective.
The daily regimen of herbal pills is probably no more or less effective than any other OTC vitamin/herbal therapy.

They have commercials on the air, and it is definitely not only toward post menopausal women, but younger women as well that would definitely be pre-menopausal.
