Great idea. Unfortunately, from a very cursory overview, a lot of the recipes I looked at are are bit odd.
Sorry–I should clarify. By “odd” I mean not particularly well-researched. Just seems like random recipes pulled for those countries, with no checks for whether they’re accurate or not.

Pretty cool set of recipes, though it does seem a bit strange. Why is lemon — sorry, Lemon — a category?
I wonder how something with ginger root, curry, raisins, and cream ends up b. Or the “chili con carne” recipe including pineapples and tangerines. The Mexican “menudo” recipe is made with pork, chicken livers, and beans (it’s supposed to be a tripe soup.) WTF? Where in the heck did these recipes come from?
