Palak paneer (aka saag paneer) in particular doesn’t look very appetizing. It’s a mushy green vegetable dish (the green is from the spinach). I’ll leave it to your imagination what it resembles.
Also, who first looked at a lobster and thought this was an appealing thing to eat? It looks like a giant insect.
