I found a link to a website on fudge making by somebody called Skaarup, here on the dope. It was supposed to have hundreds of recipes, detailed information on the science of making fudge, and research on the best ways to do it. The site was removed from the internet a few years ago, but was apparently available via the Wayback Machine (archive.org). Unfortunately that’s no longer available, either. Does anyone have a backup of this fudge-making information treasure trove?
