Congrats! How exciting!
I’d suggest calling the bambino “Big Foot,” but there’s no X in that. I propose “Spike Vaxx” after Moderna’s name for its vaccine. Besides, it sounds tough. If that’s a no-go, how about “Rex,” kind of a play on “Wreks”?

I’ll put Rex in the mix. I already said ‘Bex’ and was greeted with many ughs from the peanut gallery.
I just hope it ain’t Xander.
Elon Musk and his partner Grimes named their son X AE A-XII.
“X” is his first name, and “AE A-XII” is his middle name.
You can’t do worse than that! 
I’ve just found out the name ‘Six’ is very popular.

Congrats! I hope you get a boy out of this - if it’s a girl, you could end up with something like Pixie for a name.
If it has to have an X, the obvious choice is “X Æ A-12”.
Or if you’re worried that this kid might end up in the same class with Elon Musk’s kid, you can make it “X Æ A-13”.
As long as it’s not Jaxon, etc. Otherwise, their kid, their name.
