My impression is that Wendys used to be more expensive. As the prices have gone up at the other chains, Wendys prices have remained more steady until they are now at parity. But the quality has gotten worse to compensate.
One person’s subjective opinion.

The most annoying Wendy’s thing to me lately is that they stopped toasting the buns. That made them amazing, now it’s just kinda meh.
