  1. Soak your feet in a wading pool
  2. Drink a hot beverage
  3. Jump in the lake.
  4. Use a wet towel to cool down
  5. Stay inside air-conditioned buildings and vehicles as much as possible
  6. Take a cold shower
  7. Summon Iceman, Killer Frost, Ice, Ice Maiden, Capt. Cold, Mr. Freeze and Coldsnap to play Bridge with you
  8. Get out of town and back to nature.
  9. Snack on water-rich fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, or watermelon.
  10. Drink a frozen margarita
  11. Have your servant fan you more aggressively with the palm frond
  12. Take a trip to northern Alaska or Canada
