A beautiful city! I lived there 4 years

Don’t know if you’d call it a city, but I got curious.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, if you discount Antarctic research stations – places like Little America or the Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station – the southern-most point permanently inhabited by humans is Puerto Toro (55°04’59" S – DEFINITELY south of the Tropic of Capricorn) on the island of Navarino on the southern tip of Chile. In the last census taken in the area (2002), its population was recorded as just 36 people.
