My mom’s Bisquik pie slices – Bisquik crust and top in greased 11x14 cookie sheet; filling (she used the canned Wilderness pie filling – apple, cherry, blueberry, whatever); bake; cool; frost w/powder sugar frosting; cut into squares and enjoy — and don’t worry about leftovers, there won’t be any!
