Normally, yes. The idea is that the 13th poster adds the new category in the same post. You have to be quick in this game, everyone has ideas for new lists. But I think what happened here, based on the posts’ time stamp, is that both you and NDP had the same idea for #13, and he added his new category. He wouldn’t have copied the whole list of 13 then added the new one.
