Actually kind of arguable: His mother, Patty Duke, was unmarried when he was born.
He grew up thinking his bio-father was John Astin, who she’d had an affair with and married after Sean was born. When when he was a teenager learned it was probably Desi Arnaz, Jr. (who he looks much more like than he does John Astin and who Patty Duke, in spite of genetic evidence, still insists it is). Then when he was in his 20s he learned it was actually a guy his mother was very briefly married to after learning she was pregnant but not at the time of his birth.
Patty Duke claims it is impossible for him to be the father due to dates, but, apparently not.
