Playing against three on-line AI opponents set on “tycoon”, I win 90% of the time. The computer doesn’t stop me from gaining an unbeatable position (except occasionally by dumb luck), but from then on, it is rigged to delay opponents landing on my hotels, in order to prolong the game and expose me to more ad breaks. So I have to sleep-walk my way to the end. The computer is not a very good player.
