Hate to be Mr pedantic here, but Bon Scott, lead singer with AC/DC died only a few roads away from me in Dulwich, London. He was left in a car and the inquest said that he probably didn’t choke on vomit but actually died through a combination of cold and alcohol poisoning stopping his heart.
But then again, I have a clinician friend who swears that Jimi Hendrix was actually still alive when they got him to hospital, but they fannied about too long trying to find what drugs he’d taken to treat him.
