Beautiful car, smooth ride, great performance but it kept on needing one expensive repair job after another…it really made me miss my simple old reliable Volvo 240

My mom’s old car I drove in HS. It had this stupid display panel in the ceiling that had all the engine/maintenance lights in a checklist style configuration. No matter what you did, half the lights would not go out so we eventually unplugged it.

Meh, it was fine. My mom gave it to me after my car broke down and my then-girlfriend and I got pregnant, which was very nice of her. The car was older and not in the best shape, but it tied us over until we got back on our feet and were able to buy something less ungood.

My Chevy Nova was the worst car I ever owned but it had over a hundred thousand miles on it when I bought it. My Jeep was the worst new car I ever owned.
