The only way to improve them would be to make them out of the traditional veal, but then I couldn’t afford them.
This particular thread has become very slow to load for me over the past several days. Anyone else experiencing this? I’m not having the same issue with other SDMB threads.
Never mind, I just saw the ATMB thread about board slowness and timeouts. So it’s not only this thread, though this thread does tend to induce the timeout for me more than most other threads.

Yes, I think it’s because this thread contains so many posts.
With this particular thread game … there’s no harm in simply starting a new thread as a continuation. Maybe have a 500-page ground rule or something.
I’ve wondered if the reason this thread always seems slow to load, is its size. I’d have no objection to starting a new one.

I can’t believe in this day and age that a thread of 70 some thousand posts of extremely limited text only messages would be any issue at all. Why would it?
