It just occurred to me - Harry Potter’s not really science fiction, is it? Nor The Coming of the Horseclans…?

Neither was #1, Witches Abroad: it’s simply that science fiction and fantasy often get lumped together under one rubric.

Okay, okay, so I cheated! Sue me! I know very little about fantasy and less about sci-fi, but I wanted to name SOME cat!

That’s why I didn’t answer this one initially (I was going to say Crookshanks)–because I thought I’d get dinged on picking a cat from fantasy rather than sci-fi.
