Sorry about that. A bottle episode puts the characters in a single set for all or most of the episode (saving money for the producers, most likely), usually with no guest stars Bottle episode - Wikipedia; in “Two’s a Crowd” for example, Mike (Meathead) and Archie are locked in the basement for the whole episode, giving Archie the chance to tell Mike about his childhood, which included being mocked by other children, who called him “Shoe-Booty” because his family was so poor that when one shoe wore out, he went to school with one shoe and one boot instead.
