I’m from 70 miles west, in Hagerstown, where the accent is similar, but a bit more southern.
I believe you should alter slightly: “arnch” - A fruit often squeezed for its juice.
And add “shar” - a method of bathing or of celebrating impending nuptials and births.
Also “boosh” - a shrub.
And “poosh” - what you have to do with a stalled car.
And “cloze” - garments
In Western Merlin we warshed ar cloze in the crick and hanged 'em on the booshes to dry.

If you want to hear real Bawlmer accents, rent John Waters’ early films—Pink Flamingos, Female Trouble. There are some serious accents there:
“Ahunnerstan’!” [“I understand!”]
“Hee’s th’ lady th’ eigs love th’ maost?” [“Who’s the lady the eggs love the most?”]
I listen to people as they warshed their tailes at the landirmat. Maaaaaaayum, cawl me a cayb.
I have heard both accents referred to as “Slurvian,” but couln’t begin to identify the differences.
