I should like to participate in the Secret Santa exchange.
I have no problem with being in the Secret Santa exchange- but give me until the weekend after Thanksgiving to figure out if I’ll definately be there. The $1700 in dental bills this week hasn’t done my wallet or future plans a bit of good.
By then, I’ll also know what the family has planned.
I could make it on Dec 28th and 29th as I’ll be partying in B’ham that weekend. Montgomery could work for one evening also.

Since you chose a weekend that I won’t be at the dorm (I’ll be home for the holidays), Tuscaloosa is one of the few places that I could get to easily.

I also have a proposal. For the GA Dopers, would you like to meet at my place on Friday evening, have dinner, crash there, and then leave Saturday for Tuscaloosa? It seems the people who can’t do a 2-day thing are mostly the Bama people. Also it would give a chance for GA people who wouldn’t be able to make it to BamaDope to get together for a while. I’ll even cook!

Wish I could come, but we’re heading up to the White River in Arkansas for a quiet New Year’s celebration this year. Getting down to Alabama is never much of an issue, though. I’ll weasel my way into the next Bama Dope.
