What happened? I remember when I was young I took my coins to the bank and they counted it for me. For free. Now they charge you for everything, even talking to the tellers. Banks now just suck!

Valley National (NJ) has a free automated coin counting machine in the lobby for customers to use.
It’s a new addition, but I guess you can still get different services at different prices at different banks.
