Maybe an easier solution would be to allow people to ignore Discobot. I personally don’t care so far because it hasn’t been annoying yet, and conversely I can’t think of anything I’d want Discobot to do.
The question is, can discobot think of anything he’d want to do to you?

I believe it’s because its trust level is “leader.” So, similar to the reason you can’t ignore a mod.
That and he’d destroy us all if you did.

There was an answer; we can’t but the board administrators can at their choosing.
Instead of muting discobot, is there a way for discobot to systematically and ruthlessly mute any and all comments complaining about Discobot? I find these far more annoying than Discobot itself.
