No-My point is that newer numbers would give us a more accurate read as to whether the problem is growing, staying the same or decreasing at a desired rate.

Slightly decreasing at about 1000 per decade- and remember, those dead today were subjected to the smoke decades ago.

Are you trying to make some sort of point here or are you just curious about the stats? Dr.Deth’s cite showed that second hand smoke can be deadly.

If its going down, its likely because anti-smoking regulations reduced exposure. Which just strengthens his point that anti-smoking regulations are a good thing.
