I have a feeling they’ll be needing both Cally’s and the Chief’s hands and expertise fixing planes and doing all the things they’ve always done to keep the Colonial defenses up to spec. Doubtless, proper division of labor will involve less-skilled members of the fleet being recruited for day-care. I wouldn’t expect Cally to be rack-bound for too much longer.
