I am trying to find the dinner and dessert plates listed at this http://www.crateandbarrel.com/itemgroups/2547_0.asp we site. They no longer carry them at crate and barrel. I have a few, but need more. I tried searching the web, but with no luck. I am hopeing they didn’t make them exclusively for Crate and Barrel. Can anyone help me out?

For something like this, you might want to head on over to answers.google.com as they are willing to do offline researching as well.
Probably you’ve already checked this, but the online store you link to says: “While this item can no longer be purchased online, we suggest you call a store near you as they may still have it in stock.”
The website notes “Crate and Barrel Exclusive” below the picture, so you might not find them somewhere else, but you could try to find out the manufacturer. It might be engraved somewhere on the plates itself, or on a leaflet you got with them.
I’d recommend Replacements Ltd.. A check of “Volante Plates” returned no hits, but check with Crate & Barrel by e-mail and see if you can get more details. They’re pretty plates.
