Beanless chili recipe for slow cooker?

Does anyone have a good beanless chili recipe for the slow cooker? I’m looking for recipes I can cook while I’m at work.
Thanks in advance.

5# ground beef (or turkey, if you’re one of those people)
1 behemoth onion.
5 envelopes chili seasoning (if you like it hot, get all hot, otherwise use 4 mild 1 hot)
5 cans diced tomato (fire roasted is nice, with chile is nice, use your judgment)
Handful brown sugar
A1 sauce
BBQ sauce
Worshes…Worchsters…Whateveritscalled Sauce
Tabasco (smoked chipotle if possible)
6 bottles/cans beers (any brand, but darker can be better. I use Lager.)
Liquid Smoke if available (but be careful. Can always add more. Can’t take it away)
Garlic powder

1.Open 1 beer and get to work on it
2.Chop the onion.
3.Brown the meat and onions together, drain grease and transfer to crock or big pot.
4.You okay on that beer? Might be a good time to grab a refill.
5.Drain liquid from tomatoes and add to meat
6. Add envelopes of chili mix and handful of sugar
7. Add 1 fresh beer to the pot, 1 to the cook.
8. Add A1, BBQ, 1 cap liquid smoke, garlic powder, the sauce that starts with W, tabasco. Some people add beans to their chili. I don’t associate with those freaks, so I can only assume that now would be the time for that.
9. Heat until warm through, adjust flavor as necessary.
10. You’re probably ready for another beer by now.
11. Simmer on low for a few hours, or put in crock for 4-5 hrs set on low, stirring occasionally.
12. You gonna drink that last beer?
