That is such a sweet story. Thank you for sharing it.
17 years! That’s a good long run for a dog. (And I’m sure she had a lot of good long runs in her life.) You done good by her, Beck.
And I’m sorry. I know that you’ll miss her. Even 17 years isn’t long enough, is it?
Aaaannnnd that is done, twice. Enjoy you pictures and video! Zo!
Thanks for the update! I completely missed it the first time you posted. I’ve been wondering about some of those critters, particularly Bayliss and Jojo. But sounds like all is well and not at all bad, bad, bad! ![]()
Just as I would expect from a Very Good Boy like Bayliss! He knows all you’ve done for him and he loves you for it. He sounded like a winner right from the first time you told us about him! ![]()
So sorry to hear about Betsy Beagle ![]()
My condolences on the passing of Betsy. And thank you for the updates on the others, especially Jojo and Hari. It is good to have friends.
Thank you, thank you.
Bayliss has missed Betsy.
My sister is visiting at the moment with her ‘dog’. I hesitate because this ‘dog’ is a bit challenged. It was supposed to be a Chihuahua mix when she adopted her. Turns out it’s a 35/40 lb. Shepherd-y looking thing. Maybe some kinda of terrier in there.
My sister was probably drunk when she chose her.
The dog bit her own tongue Tuesday, I think it was, bled like crazy. Looked like a murder scene.
Grabbed a wild baby rabbit, by sheer luck had it in her mouth. She couldn’t be caught. I believe the rabbit committed suicide from being in a dog mouth for a good 45 minutes. It was no more.
She ate 3 bananas sometimes in the night. The peelings were left everywhere this morning.
Dog is weird.
Even Dillon the Villain steers clear.
Bayliss tries to corral her. He has a thankless job.
I feel I should make a bit of an apology for the happy “all is well” post I made just upthread, as I had read the OP and missed the intervening posts about Betsy the Beagle. Did not mean to ignore the sad occasion of her death, I just didn’t see the posts. Condolences are due on the loss of any dog, for they are all Good Boys and Girls.
You’re fine. Betsy was and will be missed.
Thx for your condolences.
