Here’s your recipe for Beef Vindaloo.
You may be able to find a premixed spice package to shorten the preparation time. I would also recommend trying basmati rice for totally authentic flavor (be sure to wash it first).
It was quite hot vindaloo, too. Probably about the hottest prepared dish I have ever had (not counting the time my dad made green chili with habaneros). But so good!
