Oh great and powerful MODS, I have ventured to the great chamber that is the SDMB, and asked some questions, got some answers…but I want to see behind the curtain! How does this thing work? Is there a dungeon full of slaves forced to monitor every post here? Does Cecil wander through your department(?), giving helpful answers and passing out ca$h rewards for the diligent? How does this side of the operation compare with the regular readers who post letters? So many questions, so much ignorance…

You might be right Ice Wolf, but there are more MODS over here, and I kinda wanted to get more readers involved too…not up to me though anyway!
This does belong in ATMB, and most of us do visit there regularly. I can’t answer your questions right now, because it’s time for my session on the rack. Cecil gets so angry when I’m late.

I think it’s always been that way, kniz. There’s some folks who hardly ever star threads, and there’s some folks who start a lot of them. I’d venture a guess that of the people who have any posts, for over half of them, the first post is a new thread.
We could show you what’s behind the curtain but then we’d have to kill you.
