Personally, I like banana and mayonaise sammiches. With chocolate milk.
Peanut butter and bacon! Yeah! Good on toast or as a sandwich, and on any kind of bread (well, maybe not pumpernickel).
Also good - peanut butter and marmalade and sliced swiss cheese and lettuce and mayo. (Put a third slice of bread between the PB&M side and the rest of the ingredients to keep the marmalade from making the lettuce/cheese all slippery and jeopardizing the integrity of your sandwich).
PB and molasses is good, as is cheese with Dijon or a similar sharp mustard. PB and mandarin orange segments is also good.
Then there’s French Fries on buttered white toast. Now that’s a sammich
My old man use to jelly his toast and then put a slice of BALONEY on it. Just regular old baloney though. I don’t know what Lebanon bologna is.
I must say, I get a hankering for it from time to time.
