Ever been in a store or a diner or restaurant or something buying alcohol where you don’t feel completely comfortable giving your ID to the guy? I was in a liquor store the other day and, after carding me, the disheveled-looking counter-guy started hitting on me in a weird way. If I had my correct address on my license, I would have been a little nervous about it. I see news stories about men who take women’s addresses off their licenses and stalk them, etc.
Does this happen to other women? Have you ever walked out of a place b/c you didn’t want to show your license? I feel like this is something that men don’t have to think about (but I could be wrong!).
