Here comes the Sun King!
Sonny, thank you for the sunshine in my life.
Ain’t no sunshine when she’s gone
Tuesday’s gone, gone with the wind
My baby’s gone with the wind again
Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn.
Damn, Busters!
They’re gonna have to rename the dog, y’know.
We have a couple grey and charcoal kittens from a litter that was rescued from a stump. One is called Red, for rather obvious reasons. His sister, I think, may come to be known as Eva*
*(short for Eva D. Struxion)
¿Huh?
The book “The Dam Busters” about RAF bombers destroying dams in Germany during World War II (a highly dangerous and technically difficult feat) mentions a dog belonging to one of the crew, a black dog, whose name began with “N” and ended with “r”.
Well here we go again.
You go, I stay.
Well who am I to keep you down
Play the way you feel it
If I go there may be trouble. If I stay it may be double.
Trouble ahead, trouble behind … you better watch your speed
Go, Speed Racer!
I’m a highway star!
or, “I’m a highway’s tar”
Great song, but possibly one of the creepiest lyrics of all time.
She’s got everything
Like a moving mouth
Body control and everything
A moving mouth???
