Does it come with wafers?
Who’s gonna move the furniture?
Just leave it. I mean, that recliner, we know you love it, but, come on, look at the ratty old thing. And the dining table is fucking possessed: no matter how hard we try, nothing will get it level (I mean, I suppose it could be the floor, but we should still be able to find some way to get it stop rocking).
Have you looked into having a furniture exorcism?
The furniture I use for exorcising is a NordicTrack.
Not sure that would work. The problems seemed to start when these guys dressed in red trench coats and odd hats came in unexpectedly and strove to torture us in the comfy chair and poked at us with the soft cushions (the stuffing may have been at the wrong end).
Apparently they left their demons behind, which took up residence. We had to get rid of the carpet because of those things. I even brought in an exorcise bike, but it did no good as no one wanted to use it. So, I figure, the best course is to abandon the stuff. It might be tolerable except that damn hutch keeps banging its doors and rattling the Wedgewood and the Waterford. Oddly, that stuff only ever almost breaks – the demon must have taste.
Nobody expected a tasteful demon!
P.S. Bump.
A tasty demon, OTOH…
[sub]Slackers. One would think y’all aren’t committed to the cause[/sub]
Neglect.
No. the really pissy thing about this is that when no one posts is the thread for a while and it gets stale, the little blue arrow icon that takes you to the most recent unread post is no longer there, so you have to click “last page” and scroll all the way to the bottom in an effort to finish the damn thing off.
So get to it, folks, stop making my life harder than it has to be.
Too bad. I’m committed if nothing else.
Hell, I was committed twice!
That takes real commitment.
I was committed once.
I got better.
Yeah, poke fun at the crazy person. Not nice, guys.
Oh, btw, I’m the last poster. Again.
(Crazy like a fox, I am)
No need to bring Fox into this discussion. We already have at least one long-running thread on them.
Sometimes I yearn for my days with the Kabuki League: http://imgc.allpostersimages.com/images/P-473-488-90/66/6605/S6FE100Z/posters/danny-shanahan-tuesday-nights-are-ed-s-kabuki-league-bowl-offs-new-yorker-cartoon.jpg
That just bowled me over.
That bowl just over’ed me.
Ah, yes. I knew him when!
