Female – I do the “wrong” foot first, because that’s my dominant foot. (After 15 years of tap, yes, I do know which is my dominant foot.)

I’m a random sock wearer. I have no discernable pattern when it comes to which foot I will put the sock on first.
I do go sock, sock, shoe, shoe, though.
When putting my pants (read: keks) on I always enter both feet simultaneously. Should I venture into more complex ways of pants-on-putting I would surely fall on my face and quite possibly cry.
Socks, however, are an entirely different matter. I put those on in the order I find them. Should either one of said sock smell too putrid I promptly remove it and replace it with another sock, not necessarily of the same style, fabric or even color.
Unfortunately I cannot remember ever putting shoes, it’s not that I never wear the things, it’s just one of those things that just… happens.
I find the sock/shoe discussion interesting. Some people actually will put one sock and one shoe on before moving to the other side? What if you get interrupted? Do you limp around the house like that, looking silly with one bare foot and one foot with shoe and sock?
Obviously, I am sock sock/ shoe shoe. I should note that if the shoes do lace, that I break my pattern - then I go sock sock / shoe tie / shoe tie. Again - for possible need to move while in the process. Don’t want to trip over an untied shoe! (It’s called being practical with a three year old as a single mom.)
I don’t think I always put the sock on the same foot first. I think I vary. I guess I always step into panties left foot first…
