Best smaller convection ovens?

HI, It is before Xmas; I really want a smaller (about big enough to bake a 2 layer cake, or 24 muffins, and is not a toaster oven.) a real convection oven espec. for baking bread and other baked pastry. I tried one year, to buy the medium size "microwave/convection oven, "USED, THEY WANTED $800. FOR USED.

YEAH, I never got that. i also had my sister, an expert, tell me “do not buy any re-built ones, that is a fake,” . and i also read last year, those before xmas big deals are a fake.I have been burned; i got a standing mixer from Walmart one year, i wish i had never bought it.too heavy, noisy, just a mess.i am NOT MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE.I am now appliance-paranoid.(espec. since i bought a fridge, Frigidaire for $700. new, i will only pay installments next time, its TOO SHORT FOR ME,MY BACK is breaking!!

So i would rather be appliance-paranoid than make more mistakes. Ask my back.I have always wanted a decent convection oven that baked bread and pastries.I used to bake my own, real bagels, years ago, and cake from scratch. I am looking for good quality, will not just break down.right now, my dumb old electric, inaccurate oven, in an old electric stove, has a moveable temperature thermometer, cuz its inaccurate. AND ITS VERY HOT. I have to put pans of water in the oven with squash, to avoid drying them out. My region and state has become very expensive, i might have to buy it online. ok, what do you all say? I am almost 70 yrs. old, i would love to bake bread again. --and got a great chocolate cupcake recipe, with cream cheese frosting. thank you!!!

I suggest that you look for a quality fan assisted oven. I bought one made by Bosch a couple of years ago and it does cakes perfectly and with minimum power usage.

It may not be exactly what you’re wanting, but I suggest you scoot over to Walmart with $30 and get one of these. If says unavailable on the website, but they have them on the shelves in stores.
