One Rock and Roll Too Many from Starlight Express
Rock 'n Roll Doctor, Technically (ha!) the only song in the Black Sabbath catalogue with Rock 'n Roll in the title, unless you count The Devil You Know as a Sabbath album (I do).
And if you’re not a Sabbath fan, you can get a second opinion from Little Feat.

There’s a lot of songs in this category, isn’t there? Hell, you could generate a healthy list just from AC/DC’s catalogue. But yeah, a little deeper:[ul][li]Bad Company: “Rock Steady”, “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy”[]Blue Oyster Cult: “Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll”[]Boston: “Rock and Roll Band”[]The Byrds: “So You Want to Be a Rock and Roll Star”[]Eric Clapton: “I’ve Got a Rock and Roll Heart”[]Def Leppard: “Let’s Get Rocked”; “Rock of Ages”[]The Kinks: “A Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy”[]Kiss: “Detroit Rock City”; Rock and Roll All Nite"[]Nick Lowe: “7 Nights to Rock”; “I Knew the Bride (When She Used to Rock and Roll)”[]Lynyrd Skynyrd: “Whiskey Rock-a-Roller”[]John Mellencamp: “R.O.C.K. in the U.S.A.”[]The Moody Blues: “I’m Just a Singer (in a Rock and Roll Band)”[]Queen: “We Will Rock You”; “Rock It (Prime Jive)”[]Ramones: “Do You Remember Rock ‘n’ Roll Radio?”[]Traffic: “Rock and Roll Stew”[]UFO: “Only You Can Rock Me”[]Edgar Winter: “Keep Playin’ That Rock ‘n’ Roll”[]Neil Young: "Rockin’ in the Free World"[][/ul]Special mention to Roy Brown’s “Good Rocking Tonight”, a song that predates Rock and Roll but was covered by any number of Rock artists, including Elvis Presley and Robert Plant’s The Honeydrippers (as “Rockin’ at Midnight”).[/li][/QUOTE]
I’d pick Out of the blue and into the black. (My My, Hey, Hey)
R.E.M’s Drive
Me, too. Plus Lou Reed’s Rock ‘n’ Roll.
Queen: Rock It (Prime Jive)
Bob Seger-Rock and Roll Never Forgets. Even better than his other entry already mentioned, Old Time Rock and Roll. Shakes the house down.
When in doubt, I whip it out.
I got me a rock’n’roll band.
It’s a free for all.
– Ted Nugent
“Rock and Roll Ain’t Noise Pollution” AC/DC
Did I miss seeing Argent’s anthem, “God Gave Rock and Roll To You”? It was also covered by KISS at the end of the second Bill and Ted movie.
I will always remember it as the 1,000,000th song played on 102.7 WNEW-FM in NYC some time in the mid 1980s.
Hedwig And The Angry Inch - Midnight Radio
And you’re spinning
Your new 45’s
All the misfits and the losers
Yeah, you know you’re rock and rollers
Spinning to your rock and roll
AC/DC: “Rock and Roll Damnation”, “Let There Be Rock”
Motorhead: “Rock and Roll”
The Ramones: “Rock and Roll High School”, “Do You Remember Rock and Roll Radio?”
Def Leppard: “Rock of Ages”, “Rock Brigade”, “Rock! Rock! (Til You Drop)” (I think the latter is about sex, though)
Spinal Tap: “Rock and Roll Creation”
"I rock 'em, roll 'em all night long, I’m a Sixty Minute Man. (And you can see why “rock ‘n’ roll” was euphemistic.
“Rock and roll is here to stay,” quotes the protagonist in “Thirteen” by Big Star. None better.
