Allegedly first Lesbian Kiss on Primetime USA.
CJ and Abby on LA Law.
Wouldn’t rank it as the best, but one of the most memorable to me.

“I love you.”
“It’s about time!”
One of my favorite unexpected romances on TV.
Jadzia Dax and Lenara Kahn from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The previous hosts of their symbionts were married to each other in their past lives and still felt strongly devoted to each other. Jadzia was even willing to defy Trill taboo to reunite with her past lover, even though it meant ostracizm from Trill society.
I remember it being pretty racy stuff for 1995, as it was one of the first televised same-sex kisses. Today, it would hardly raise an eyebrow.
Paget Brewster and Irene Molloy on Andy Richter Controls the Universe. They wanted to share a shade of lipstick, and Andy and the boys walked into the office just as they were transferring it. Girls do that all the time, right?
Veronica Mars and Logan Echolls in Veronica Mars.
I just finished Wu Assassins on Netflix. Summer Glau kisses Katherine Winnick.
Now there is a sentence I never thought I’d type.
This and a mostly-excised kiss on Roseanne at about the same time were the first on network television, IIRC.
Nitpick: DS9 wasn’t on a network. It was syndicated.
On the other end of the spectrum, the ***worst ***TV kiss: Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park
