Decided it’s time to get into shape. Good shape. Bulk up, and build the ol’ strength up so I don’t look and fell so skinny.
Got me a nice sety of free weights, and a straight bar to start with. Been doing different things, but what I need is a web site or two that shows proper techniques for building chest, arms, and shoulders in particular.
Ideally, the site will show diagrams to follow for individual exercises.
Anyone have any favorite workout sites that show Free -Weight techniques, as opposed to machines?
This site Davin’s body buidling and fitness has some information about diet, exercises to do etc. There aren’t many moving examples, but it gives some ideas at least.
I second the recommendation for the first site RickQ listed. They’ve got descriptions of free-weight exercise for pretty much any muscle group that you can get with free weights.
