As for Warren, just ask Scott (I’ve still got 48 states I haven’t lost a Senate race in) Brown how much the voters care about Warren’s ethnicity.
As for Biden, I hope he gets in and he could win. People like him. Something that will not be said in the near future about Hillary.

I have no idea what you are talking about. The OP refers to the concept of secret trysts by high school students, an analogy to political intrigue that has nothing to do with sexism. To take a literal interpretation of it seems quite odd to me.
That was something I never heard about, so I googled “Biden pervert”. A link to FreeRepulbic (not going to give it here) showed several times when Biden was photographed being overly touch-feely with women-- one being Ash Carter’s wife during his swearing in ceremony.
Seems much ado about nothing, but maybe playback for the reaction on the left when GWB did something similar to Angela Merkel. She reacted rather startled when Bush did his shoulder massage thing, and it’s unclear from the pics of the women Biden touched reacted similarly. You’ll have to see for yourself.

Ash Carter’s wife (whoever that is) isn’t the leader of a major world power. The problem with what GWB did was just that it was pure buffoonery, and if the US had an international image during the terms of GWB+Cheney as a nation of idiots, cowboys, and buffoons, that would be one reason.
Buffoonery isn’t desirable in a President, but it’s far from disqualifying. If Bush had been a good President it would be akin to Ford’s clumsiness. Biden’s personal foibles are in the same class: charming and funny if he’s a good President, oafishness if he’s not.
Ford’s clumsiness was invented by Chevy Chase (the man had been an All-American football player, fer crissakes), and even if real would have been a physical attribute, not buffoonery (was FDR clumsy?). Buffoonery is a choice, a lifestyle, and yes, it’s disqualifying. Except for Republicans.
