According to Fox News the FBI has had a suspect in custody for the past week and will make an announcement tomorrow. He is a construction worker who was in the Smart home at one time and has a prior record for breaking and entering. They think he is part of a larger kidnap plot and have been trying to get him to talk for the past week he has been in custody.
Why “tomorrow”? It irritates me when agencies make announcements telling us they are going to make an announcement.
I don’t see anything on their website. Was it on TV? Maybe it wasn’t an “announcement” but just “Fox being Fox”, and we’ll never hear another word on the subject.
